Omaha Beach is only 60min from downtown Auckland (New Zealand’s largest city) Community groups include Golf Club, Bowling Club, Surf Club, Tennis Club, Sailing Club and an active residents and rate payers society.
Omaha Beach property has also proved to be an excellent investment. Many beach house owners have found that their beach bach has made greater capital gains than their own residential property.
